Estnoc Philippines VPS Pricing and Plans
Estnoc's Philippines order catalog starts at EUR 12 per month, or EUR 119 paid annually, for a Manila VPS with 1 CPU core, 1 GB RAM and 10 GB SSD storage. The annual total works out to about EUR 9.92 per month; that equivalent is different from the monthly payment option.
Price and specification check: October 20, 2026. This guide uses the same official sources and verification date as our Estnoc Philippines review. Amounts are in EUR before applicable VAT. We checked public offers and billing selections without purchasing an instance.
Monthly and Annual VPS Prices
The public Philippines order catalog lists the following base configurations. Annual prices are the amounts payable for a year, not monthly charges.
| Plan | CPU cores | RAM | SSD | Monthly | Annual total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PH Starter | 1 | 1 GB | 10 GB | EUR 12.00 | EUR 119.00 |
| PH XS | 1 | 1.5 GB | 20 GB | EUR 21.99 | EUR 240.00 |
| PH XL | 2 | 3 GB | 40 GB | EUR 40.00 | EUR 432.00 |
| PH XXL | 4 | 5 GB | 60 GB | EUR 59.00 | EUR 600.00 |
To compare payment choices, 12 unchanged monthly Starter payments would total EUR 144, while the listed annual purchase is EUR 119. For XL, the comparison is EUR 480 versus EUR 432. These are calculations from the checked base rates, before software, management and tax.
Choose the term alongside the resources. A lower annual equivalent may be useful for an established workload; a shorter first purchase limits the amount committed while you evaluate the service. Check the renewal amount and cancellation rules for the actual order.
Port Speed and Transfer Allowances
The same order catalog gives these network limits:
| Plan | Uplink | Transfer/month |
|---|---|---|
| PH Starter | 10 Mbps | 250 GB |
| PH XS | 50 Mbps | 1 TB |
| PH XL | 100 Mbps | 2 TB |
| PH XXL | 100 Mbps | 3 TB |
The marketing page shows smaller XS and XL transfer allowances than the order catalog, as well as a EUR 9.99 starting label that differs from EUR 119 divided by 12. Confirm the selected order's allowance and payable total when those listings disagree.
A port limit and a transfer quota constrain different things. Estimate monthly downloads and backup traffic as well as the speed needed during busy periods; extra CPU or RAM does not by itself solve a network limit.
Windows and Control-Panel Fees
Estnoc's Philippines product page lists these optional monthly charges:
| Option | Listed additional fee/month |
|---|---|
| Windows Server 2019/2022 | EUR 25 |
| cPanel/WHM | EUR 30 |
| DirectAdmin | EUR 6 |
The order catalog identifies Windows for XL and XXL. Confirm the selected image, license and control-panel compatibility rather than adding every option to the cheapest plan. For example, XL's EUR 40 monthly base plus the listed EUR 25 Windows charge is EUR 65 per month, subject to order eligibility, tax and any other options.
The catalog includes root access and Virtualizor controls. Establish the scope and price of any management package separately, and budget for maintaining the application and keeping recoverable backups outside the VPS disk.
Refund and Order Conditions
The published terms distinguish VPS purchases from the general shared-hosting withdrawal offer. They describe limited, approval-based refund circumstances for an unusable service with no traffic consumed. Do not budget on an unconditional VPS money-back trial.
Use the final order to confirm the location, operating system, billing period, optional services and applicable VAT. Keep the invoice in EUR for comparison; a bank's conversion affects what a Philippine cardholder pays in pesos.
