What the Listed Price Covers

Monthly equivalent for the listed bundle; actual billing is hourly. Rounded provider display, not an exact invoice rate. Do not multiply it into a monthly quote.

The published minimum opening recharge is US$10.00. The minimum opening recharge funds the account. It is not an additional consumption fee. Conditional promotional credits are excluded from the listed base prices.

The FAQ describes a 672-hour server-fee cap within a complete calendar month, except excess IP changes. Stopped retained instances continue billing until released. The listed transfer is allocated hourly. Outbound usage, excess usage and network-plan rules apply. Read the billing FAQopen in new window for the complete conditions, including excess usage. Public images are currently free according to the billing documentation. Confirm the selected Windows image and application or user-access licensing. Confirm quotes for additional disk or network, backup, software licenses, administration and other project services separately. Use the calculator to enter those costs. A zero extra-cost input does not establish that a service is included. Console inventory, final checkout and paid-instance performance were not verified.

Download and Reuse the Data

  • Current JSON: four plan rows, field definitions, source scope, verification ID and billing notes.
  • Current CSV: the same rows, with units, dates, sources and billing conditions included in each row.
  • Verification and change history JSON: preserved observations, source details and field-level differences between recorded versions.
  • Current preserved snapshot: the dated baseline or subsequent observation rather than a moving current feed.

Current exports follow the newest checked snapshot. Versioned snapshots preserve the recorded observations and are not overwritten when a new version is added. Files are static public downloads with no account or API key required. Prices are decimal strings to preserve their displayed precision. CSV uses quoted fields and CRLF records; spreadsheet formula-leading text is escaped for safe import. This is our editorial dataset, not an official LightNode API.

Price Change History and Verification Records

Tracking begins with the first published baseline. Each later manual verification records its date, method, sources and full snapshot. Price, CPU, memory, storage, transfer and billing-condition differences are shown against the preceding recorded snapshot. A successful source fetch or a website rebuild alone does not count as a new verification. Checks with no changes are labelled separately. If a source cannot be checked, the previous verified date and values stay in place.

2026-10-20: First public baseline

Version: lightnode-manila-2026-10-20-01. First public baseline: four standard LightNode Manila VPS bundles. No earlier comparable public snapshots are recorded.

Manual review of the official Philippines plan listing, public configurator and billing documentation. Prices are advertised USD figures, not paid-instance measurements or a completed checkout.

This is the first public snapshot. No earlier comparable public snapshot is recorded, so no price increase or decrease is inferred.

How to Cite a Quote

Cite PhilippinesVPS.comopen in new window, Verified LightNode Manila VPS plans, version lightnode-manila-2026-10-20-01, checked 2026-10-20, and link to this verification record or its preserved snapshot. Include the plan, USD price basis and resource allocation. The linked provider pages remain the official offer and billing sources. A recorded observation is not a promise of future pricing, availability or performance.

For a small website or API, our starting evaluation is Agency: US$14.70 per month equivalent, with 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 50 GB NVMe and 2 TB transfer. This is an editorial starting point; test your own application's requirements. A lightweight project can evaluate Start. Heavier applications need their own resource and load checks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these prices live console quotes?

They are dated observations of public offers, checked October 20, 2026. The data does not query your account, reserve capacity or verify a completed order. Confirm the console quote before purchasing.

Does the hourly display reproduce the monthly price?

The rounded hourly display is not an exact invoice rate. Use the listed monthly equivalent for monthly planning and the provider's full hourly and network rules for actual billing.

Has the price gone up or down?

Only differences between preserved observations can establish a recorded change. The first baseline has no earlier comparable public observation. A gap between checks also cannot establish every price that applied during that gap.

It preserves resource and cost inputs, then recalculates with the current checked prices when opened. Cite a versioned JSON snapshot to preserve a historical price observation.
