Estnoc Philippines VPS Review: Plans and Costs
Estnoc is worth considering when a server physically located in Manila is a primary requirement. Its public order catalog lists an entry VPS at EUR 12 per month, or EUR 119 for a year, with 1 GB RAM and 10 GB SSD storage. The small disk and 10 Mbps entry uplink deserve as much attention as the price.
Price and specification check: October 20, 2026. This is an assessment of official product pages, the public order catalog and published terms. We did not rent a server or conduct uptime, latency or storage benchmarks for this review.
Manila Location and Server Platform
The Philippines product page identifies the PLDT Vitro facility in Manila. It describes KVM virtualization, local SSD storage and Linux images, with Windows Server 2019/2022 offered at an additional EUR 25 per month. The order catalog lists Windows on XL and XXL; confirm the image and license for the selected plan.
That documented location makes Estnoc relevant to projects choosing a Philippine deployment. It does not tell us how a particular PLDT, Globe or Converge connection will route to an individual server. Ask for a test address and evaluate the route from the networks your users actually use.
Current Order-Catalog Plans
We used the public Philippines order catalog for the following resources and billing amounts. Prices are in EUR, before applicable VAT.
| Plan | CPU cores | RAM | SSD storage | Monthly payment | Annual payment |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PH Starter | 1 | 1 GB | 10 GB | EUR 12.00 | EUR 119.00 |
| PH XS | 1 | 1.5 GB | 20 GB | EUR 21.99 | EUR 240.00 |
| PH XL | 2 | 3 GB | 40 GB | EUR 40.00 | EUR 432.00 |
| PH XXL | 4 | 5 GB | 60 GB | EUR 59.00 | EUR 600.00 |
The Starter annual amount works out to approximately EUR 9.92 per month by division. You pay EUR 119 for the year; it is not a EUR 9.92 monthly payment option. The marketing page's EUR 9.99 starting label differs slightly from that annual calculation, so use the actual order total for budgeting.
Transfer Limits and Conflicting Listings
The same order catalog lists these network allocations:
| Plan | Uplink | Monthly transfer |
|---|---|---|
| PH Starter | 10 Mbps | 250 GB |
| PH XS | 50 Mbps | 1 TB |
| PH XL | 100 Mbps | 2 TB |
| PH XXL | 100 Mbps | 3 TB |
The marketing page shows smaller XS and XL transfer allowances than the order catalog. Confirm the allowance in the final order rather than assuming both pages describe an identical offer.
For a small API or lightweight website, a limited uplink may be acceptable. For large downloads or frequent off-site backups, compare both transfer volume and port speed. A cheap annual contract can be poor value if it cannot move your expected traffic in time.
Management, Licenses and Recovery
The product page separately lists cPanel/WHM at EUR 30/month and DirectAdmin at EUR 6/month. These fees and the Windows license can materially change the total; availability depends on the selected configuration. Do not apply a Linux starting price to a Windows-and-control-panel purchase.
The catalog provides root and Virtualizor management access. Our assessment is that this suits someone able to administer a VPS, or a team that first agrees a precise management package with Estnoc. Decide who owns operating-system updates, application security, backup retention and restores.
For example, even before licenses, the Starter's 10 GB disk leaves little room for a growing database and several local backup copies. Size the server for the operating system, application data, logs and temporary files, and keep recoverable backups outside that disk.
Refund Conditions to Understand
Estnoc's published terms do not offer VPS purchases the general shared-hosting withdrawal promise. They describe limited, approval-based circumstances for an unusable service with no traffic consumed. Treat the refund conditions as something to review before a long commitment, rather than assuming a risk-free trial.
Our Assessment
Estnoc is a practical candidate for a modest Manila workload when the deployment location matters more than a large resource allocation. Its published local facility information is useful, while the entry disk, uplink and conflicting transfer figures require careful sizing and an order-specific confirmation.
For a larger database, busy download service or Windows desktop workload, start by checking capacity and the complete licensed price. Our Estnoc pricing guide breaks down billing choices and license fees. Compare that result with other VPS reviews rather than choosing purely on the lowest advertised annual equivalent.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Entry Plan Cost EUR 9.99 on Monthly Billing?
The public order catalog displayed EUR 12 monthly and EUR 119 annually. The lower marketing starting figure is associated with annual payment.
Is Windows Included in the Base Price?
The product page lists a separate EUR 25 monthly Windows fee, and the catalog identifies Windows for XL and XXL. Confirm the selected plan and image before payment.
Is This a Performance-Tested Review?
It is a dated review of the published offer and order information. We have not measured sustained CPU performance, disk I/O, uptime or Philippine ISP latency.
